Green Bike Lanes
Pathway Perceptions (Green Bike Lanes)
Pathway Perceptions is a Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) resin system used for pavement area markings and anti-skid surfacing. It is a plural component, liquid applied MMA and catalyst, capable of full cure in a wide range of temperatures without requiring an external heat source. Pathway Perceptions is typically used for demarcation of crosswalks, bicycle paths, bus lanes, and other specially designated areas. It can be applied at night and installed on either concrete or asphalt surfaces. Pathway Perceptions is UV stable and incorporates various aggregates that create appropriate skid resistance for the given application.
The City of Orlando has contracted with Angco Striping to install a green bike lane on Rosalind/Magnolia Avenue from Colonial Drive to South Street.
A green bike lane is a segment of a standard bike lane that has been colored with our enhanced reflective
